COVID-19 Update

How we’re protecting our customers and employees

1st R.O.W. Estate Winery is open.

We operate in accordance with WorkSafeBC guidelines and our COVID-19 Safety Plan.

We encourage all our customers to buy 1st R.O.W. Estate wines online or visit one of our fine retailers throughout BC.

To minimize in-person interactions between our customers, we schedule 15-minute gaps between appointments for Tastings and Tours.

In accordance with BC Public Health recommendations, we also ask that customers:

  • Do not visit if they’ve experienced symptoms of COVID-19 or any other illness.

  • Do not visit if they’ve been in close contact with someone who’s tested positive for COVID-19.

  • Visit with members of their immediate household only.

  • Wear a mask when visiting 1st R.O.W. Estate Winery (except when actively tasting).

In addition, to keep our customers safe, we:

  • Practice frequent hand-washing.

  • Practice active daily health screening.

  • Wear masks when service customers.

  • Practice physical distancing, whenever possible.

  • Use hand sanitizer is used before and after interacting with each customer.
